Terms of Service
The terms and conditions for using CopySite AI.
Last updated: 2026-07-02
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CopySite AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
CopySite AI is an AI website generation service. It uses coding agents in isolated sandboxes to generate, preview, and deploy website and web application source code from prompts, screenshots, and URLs that you provide. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Generated Content and Ownership
You own the source code that CopySite AI generates from your inputs. The generated code is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing it before using it in production. We claim no ownership over your generated projects.
Cloning and Intellectual Property
When you ask the Service to rebuild a site from a URL or screenshot, you confirm that you have the right to do so. CopySite AI rebuilds comparable structure and style with original code; it does not reproduce third-party assets, trademarks, or copyrighted material verbatim. You are solely responsible for ensuring that anything you generate does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Credits and Billing
Generation consumes build credits. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period and include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are reserved up front per run; if a run fails, the reserved credits are refunded automatically. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are otherwise handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property in the Service
The Service itself — its software, original content, features, and functionality — is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This does not extend to the code you generate, which is yours as described above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including for damage caused by deploying generated code you have not reviewed.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
